She has a PhD in Education and an MA in Management, along with certifications in reflexology, health coaching, massage, and yoga. Her work is driven by a holistic approach to well-being, combining academic knowledge with hands-on practices to empower individuals on their journey to better health and balance. After 25 years, she has now set up a microbusiness located Isleworth.
