Health and Executive Coaching

Dr Croucher-Wright is an experienced coach in several areas including executive and health coaching.

An initial coaching session will last around an hour and follow up sessions are approximately 30 minutes. Together, the client and coach will assess your current business or health and lifestyle habits, and goals, identifying barriers to success and create strategies to overcome them.  Together, the coach and client will develop a personalised plan that aligns with your needs, values, and preferences.  Cindy will use a range of goal setting and behaviour change models and techniques to support you through your journey and will provide motivation, support, and accountability throughout the process.

What is Health Coaching?

Health coaching is a personalised and collaborative approach to improving an individual's overall health and well-being. As a health coach, I help clients set and achieve health-related goals, make sustainable lifestyle changes, and overcome challenges in areas like nutrition, fitness, stress management and sleep.

What is Executive Coaching?

Executive coaching is a professional relationship where I can help you as a business owner, entrepreneur, executive or manager improve your performance, grow your business, and achieve specific goals. The1st session is 60 minutes, face to face/online, costing £75

Follow-up sessions are 30 minutes, costing £35

A package price consists of the1st session and 3 follow ups, costing £250

 

​​​​Dr Croucher-Wright's coaching qualifications include:

  • Level 3 Certificate in Health Coaching

  • Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring 

  • Level 2 UKA Performance Coach​
